overnight, changing to snow by daybreak on Wednesday. Total snow
accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations of a light
glaze.

* WHERE...Marathon, Portage, Waushara, Wood, Winnebago, Menominee,
Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Oconto County, and Waupaca Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the commute this evening, and the Wednesday
morning commute.
