* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 248 PM CDT, State road departments continue report
multiple road closres through the warned area due excessive
rain from earlier in the day when between 2.5 and 4.5 inches
of rain fell.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe, Independence, Lee's
Summit, Shawnee, Blue Springs, Lenexa, Leavenworth, Leawood,
Raytown, Liberty, Gladstone, Prairie Village, Lansing,
