Winds gusting as high as 50 to 55 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow accompanied by visibility of less than 1/4 mile at times. * WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien, and St. Joseph MI Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
