lowest residential areas beginning to flood.

- At 9:15 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 5.7 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning.
