Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... * Until 345 PM EDT. * At 217 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 14 nm west of Dobbins Island to 12 nm west of Fort Smallwood State Park to 11 nm northwest of Annapolis, moving northeast at 25 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and waterspouts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. * Locations impacted include...
