* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 20
kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 2 to 4 feet. For the Gale
Watch, west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves
2 to 3 feet possible.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts coastal waters, Boston Harbor. In
Rhode Island coastal waters, Narragansett Bay.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 3 AM EST Saturday.
For the Gale Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
