For the Gale Watch, southwest gales to 35 kt possible. * WHERE...Winthrop Harbor to Calumet Harbor IL, and Calumet Harbor IL to Gary IN. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon CST Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from late Sunday night through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible hazardous conditions.
