Areas of fog, locally dense, will impact portions of coastal southeastern Connecticut and Western Suffolk County on Long Island overnight and into the morning. The thickest fog is expected to be along the south shore. Visibilities will be reduced locally to around a quarter mile at times. Extra caution should be used if traveling and utilize your low beam headlights.
