Some locations have received spotty light freezing drizzle as well. Exercise caution if traveling or being outdoors as temperatures will remain well below freezing.

In New York, Southern Westchester, Bronx, Northwest Suffolk, Northeast Suffolk, Southeast Suffolk, Northern Queens and Northern Nassau Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM EST Monday through late tonight. * COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Brief minor flooding of the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. * SHORELINE IMPACTS...Breaking waves 3 to 5 feet along north to northeast facing shorelines along western Long Island Sound and Gardiners Bay could locally exacerbate flooding of shoreline roads and adjacent properties, with minor beach erosion also possible.
