Wind gusts are expected over Dobrogea, Muntenia, Oltenia, and southern Banat, with sustained speeds of 50–70 km/h. During the night of Wednesday to Thursday (24/25 December) and into the first part of Thursday (25 December), blowing snow and blizzard conditions will affect Muntenia, southern Oltenia, and northern Dobrogea, leading to temporary reductions in visibility to below 100 m. In Oltenia, blizzard-driven snowfall is forecast to persist until Thursday evening (25 December).
Locally, freezing rain and the formation of ice are also expected.

Snow accumulation of 10–20 cm is expected in the western sectors of the Southern Carpathians and in Oltenia, with isolated amounts exceeding 25 cm. Locally, freezing rain and the formation of ice may also occur.
