Freezing rain amounts: 5 to 15 mm.

Locations: Avalon Peninsula, Clarenville, Terra Nova, and the Bonavista Peninsula.

Time span: early Monday morning until near noon Monday.

Remarks: The most significant icing is expected to likely occur over higher terrain.

Travel may become hazardous. Consider postponing non-essential travel until temperatures rise above the freezing mark.
