What:
Total rain and freezing rain amounts 20 to 40 mm

When:
Beginning near midday Sunday and ending early Monday morning. 

Additional information:
Rain will begin near midday Sunday becoming heavy at times through the afternoon and evening. Precipitation may begin as freezing rain but is expected to quickly change over to rain with little ice accretion expected. The rain will ease late Sunday night.
