Ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Anchorage, Eagle River, and Lower Matanuska Valley (including Palmer and Wasilla). * WHEN...Until noon AKST today. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light rain, in combination with surface temperatures right around freezing, may lead to a light glaze of icing on already-icy side and neighborhood roads.
