THIS EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR VALLEY AND
GREELEY COUNTIES...

* WINDS...Out of the west to west-southwest, sustained at least 15
MPH and gusting at least 25 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as around 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
