Subzero wind chills will be felt across the upper Midwest and interior portions of the Northeast in places like Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit and Buffalo. Wednesday and Thursday mornings will be the coldest across the Deep South as temperatures drop below freezing and wind chills plummet into the 20s as far south as Florida.
