After multiple tornadoes were reported over the past few days across the country, more severe weather is in the forecast today, focused on North Carolina as well as parts of South Carolina and Virginia. Storms will pick up mainly around the evening hours on Sunday, with damaging winds and isolated large hail possible. A rare EF3 tornado touched down in Union City, Michigan, killing three and injuring 12 people. Several houses in the small town of 1,700 people have been completely destroyed. First responders and volunteers are now working to clean up the damage.
