On the heels of Winter Storm Fern, a strong storm will form off the East Coast this weekend that will bring more snow and wind. Here is our latest forecast with what we know and what could happen.

A bomb cyclone is a rapidly intensifying storm that forms when cold air meets warm ocean waters, often bringing powerful winds, heavy snow or rain.

A second shot of even colder air will soon settle into the U.S., stretching much farther south. Parts of Florida could experience their coldest temperatures in more than 15 years.

Much of a Sicilian town is teetering on the edge of a cliff after heavy rain from Cyclone Harry caused a landslide. The landslide opened a 2.5-mile crack through Niscemi, leaving homes hanging on. Officials evacuated 1,500 people, warning that everything within about 230 feet of the cliff could collapse into it. The good news? No injuries have been reported.
