Our next storm system will be a messy one bringing the chance for rain, freezing rain and snow to the mid-Atlantic on Friday. How far north the rain/snow line gets is still the big question. However, models do show a chance for light snow along I-95 from D.C. up to Baltimore, Philadelphia and maybe New York City.
