Caption: This peach tree sprouted itself, from a tossed-away pit, a couple of years ago. The past three years we've gotten a very nice crop of fruit (none last year, actually, because of a heavy spring freeze). They don't ripen on the tree (perhaps this is typical, I don't know), but when taken indoors, many eventually ripen and are very tasty. No sprays or other special attention is given to the tree.
