Caption: These are rather comical with their feeding habits since their tails scissor back and forth looking like that is the business end.

Those markings are so bright they look like they are glowing. I had such fun watching this beautiful little butterfly.

About KittenEileen

KittenEileen

Living in upstate SC is quite a delight. I've lived here all my life except for about 18 months. Painting with oils and watercolors are a couple of hobbies I have as well as photography. I also raise Japanese Bantams. They are Black Tail Buffs. I love my animals, Maurice and Gizmo the inside cats, and Monique is the outdoor cat. She has been with me for a long time. I had to have my beloved Buffy who has plenty of photos in my galleries, and was almost 18 years old, put down this summer, but I have a rescue of my son's named Sam to keep me company. I also of course still have my big old Rufus the outdoor Blue Heeler American Bulldog mix. He keeps me laughing when I'm outside. I would love living the bucolic life if I could but this is about as close here as I will ever come. I so enjoy seeing all the photos from all around this wonderful world of ours. Keep posting so this little old southern grandmother and great grandmother can appreciate all God Created.
