Westfield, NC (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Looking out my window at the stream of runoff from the farm field above our house. I haven't seen it rain hard enough to do this so far this year; we've gotten about 3-3/4 inches since Monday.

Thanks, Leslie! We don't often get that much at one whack either, but sure did this time! In this hilly part of the state, erosion and the path water will take during a heavy rain are things we have to take into consideration every time we grade land or even shovel over a small plot to plant something.
