Wonderful picture! I noticed that the "rotation" is not a tornado, it is a scud cloud. They are very common. Great shot BTW! :)

What is that strange color in the median strip? Could it be ... dare I say ... GREEN??? We sure are dusty here in Ohio, but I vaguely remember the color green!

Very nice capture of the storm. Wish a storm like that would come our way because we need it very badly.

Great weather shot, Melly! The median strip looks green, so I guess the rainfall here has been alright.
Safe trip.

We live on a 10 acre farm in South Carolina with our animals -dogs,cats and 3 mini donkeys. Time for an update: I have now been on here for over two years, upgraded my camera twice and now use a NikonD90. I have seen this site and the photographers go through many changes and improvements, it is a wonderful place to share and view beautiful photos. Also, the contributors are some of the nicest folks around!! I continue to learn from all of you, thank you! a>Create your own visitor map
