Thank you, Tensie. I'm not really skinny. My husband and I have both lost some weight because we are sticking to healthy eating habits. He was diagnosed with diabetes, so there is no sugar in our house. If I bake something I use Truvia which comes from the stevia plant. It is all natural and suitable for diabetics. We don't sit around and snack like we did, and we eat very little high carb foods or fat....although we do eat enough fat to keep the brain cells functioning.....thanks for the nice comments. :)

I love your new picture of you.
Sweetie, you have lost a lot of weight. You are down right skinny. How do I do that?
How are Dave and Drzl this almost new year?

About deepwoods

Enjoy taking photos in the area of Downeast Maine where I live near the shore with my husband and our dog, Drzl, who is one half greyhound and one half rhodesian ridgeback. I am not a professional, I just shoot what looks cool or interesting to me. Thanks for looking!
