Saint Paul, MN (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Braving the cold and snow. Well the snow settled about an hour before I took the picture. It's kind of amusing or sad when you start feeling thankful for Alberta Clippers because they have been perhaps our only source of warmth this winter! Yikes! (that said the artists were happy too, minus having to clean the snow off all the time.)

True. I don't think I've ever heard of a 'Polar Vortex' until this year, but then maybe I haven't been around long enough?

Anyways we are on or way to another round of sub zero temps. Ugh.

Warmth of Alberta Clippers! LOL

Eleven days so far this month. that I have not gotten above ZERO for high temperature.

It is not a record setting winter, the tabloid meteorologists just invented some colder sounding names for our good old Alberta Clippers.

About Fieldofflowers

Every day that I come here, I'm amazed by the awesome photos I see. I love to take photos of whatever catches my eye. Usually my photos have something to do with nature. Insects and flowers have always been a big interest. You can also find me on Flickr. Summer '09 goal: Aiming to take pictures daily, and upload some of my favorites. I hope people enjoy them as much as I do. Most of the time, the fun comes from taking the pictures, more than the actual results. Create your own visitor map! Counter started: 6-21-09
