Littleton, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The past 3 days have been in the 70's but today, I am watching the newly green grass disappear under fresh snow, as Colorado does Spring in its own way. This was around 2 o'clock this afternoon, and the flakes were tiny, but abundant. You can see them against the dark boards on the fence. The heavier snow is to come later and go on until midnight or so, with several inches accumulation expected. It is wet snow and with the ground being warm, it will melt soon, and water our trees!
