Corn is burning up

Wellman, IA (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: High temps and very dry conditions are causing large areas of brown, dried-up corn in the fields around the area. It has cooled off a little this week but the dry weather continues with no end to that predicted any time soon. I'm sure this will affect the corn yield on this year's crop.
