... Elevated fire conditions continue today...

Elevated fire weather conditions can be expected for all of
central and northern Wyoming today as relative humidity drops
into the lower and mid teens across the lower elevations... and the
mid teens to around 25 percent in the mountains. Winds will be
southwest 10 to 15 mph with afternoon gusts to 20 mph at times
across Natrona County... and northwest to northeast 5 to 15 mph
with occasional gusts to 20 mph over northern Johnson County.
Residents, travellers, and campers this weekend are encouraged to
take strong caution if considering any type of burning activities.
Please follow local burning rules. In addition, in addition, do
not drive off the area roadways as dry vegetation could easily
catch on fire.
