The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and small stream flood advisory for...
southern Torrance County in central New Mexico...

* until 515 am MDT.

* At 313 am MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a
persistent cluster of slow moving thunderstorms between
Mountainair, Estancia, Encino and Cedarvale. This will cause
Arroyo and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Willard as well as state roads 3 and 41, County roads 11, 14 and
28 and Lucy trail.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
