... The Flood Advisory remains in effect until 1215 am EST for
Fayette... Greene... Washington... Allegheny and Westmoreland
counties...

Between three-quarters and one and one-quarter inches of rain have
been observed causing minor flooding of areas streams and creeks.
Although remaining precipitation will be lighter and more scattered,
the Flood Advisory remains in effect as new reports of flooding
continue to be received.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross township,
McCandless township, Monroeville, Moon Township, McMurray,
Greensburg, Weirton and McKeesport.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
