For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 28 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...East Platte County and South Laramie Range Foothills. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 6 PM MDT this evening. For the Frost Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation.
