* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, west winds 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures
as low as 28 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...East Platte County and South Laramie Range Foothills.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 6 PM
MDT this evening. For the Frost Advisory, from midnight tonight to
9 AM MDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor
vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or
occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58
MPH or stronger can lead to property damage.
