BREEZY WINDS, LOW RH, AND WARM TEMPERATURES FOR FIRE WEATHER
ZONES 420, 421, 422, 423, 425, 427, 428, AND 429...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 420, 421, 422, 423, 425,
427,428 and 429.

* WIND...Sustained winds 20 to 30 mph, gusting up to 40 mph.

* HUMIDITY...9 to 12 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Poor overnight humidity recoveries are
expected for the duration of the Red Flag Warning. Well above
average temperatures are also expected which will contribute
considerably to the dry conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
