422, 425, AND 427...

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 419 through 422, 425, and
427.

* WIND...Westerly winds with gusts up to 40 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent during the afternoon. Poor humidity
recovery is expected Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
