...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches around Casper. Higher amounts of 4 to 8 inches are expected across northern Natrona into southern Johnson Counties. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Natrona County Lower Elevations and Southeast Johnson County. * WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall is forecast to occur late Wednesday evening into the early morning hours Thursday with snowfall rates up to 1 inch an hour. Winds will be gusting up to 40 mph during this time, which may lead to blowing snow and reduced visibilities. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
