gusts up to 75 mph expected. Wednesday into early Thursday, west
winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph possible.

* WHERE...Upper North Platte River Basin and Laramie Valley.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 8 PM this evening to
midnight MST Tuesday Night. For the High Wind Watch, from
Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers.
