West 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph Monday. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. RH recovery will be fair to poor tonight. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in the mid 70s. Lows in the lower to middle 40s. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly.
