Thursday night, variable in the evening, becoming south around midnight with localized gusts up to 40 mph possible through Friday morning. On Friday, south winds becoming west at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...On Thursday, between 10 and 20 percent. Thursday night, humidity recoveries to between 40 and 65 percent. On Friday, between 6 and 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
