The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT Friday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 420, 421, 422, 425, 426, and
427...

* WIND...West to northwest winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts up
to 35 mph through early this evening and again Friday afternoon
and early evening.

* HUMIDITY...Daytime minimum RH between 5 and 10 percent.
Recoveries tonight from 15 to 30 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
