Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. Winds will become north to northwest Saturday evening and continue into Sunday morning. * WHERE...East Laramie County and Goshen County. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust and/or blowing snow may reduce visibility at times. Expect much colder temperatures and sub-zero wind chills on Sunday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or occurring.
