Winds will shift to the northeast Friday evening behind a cold front with gusts of 25 to 35 mph expected into Saturday morning. * HUMIDITY...Between 6 and 12 percent Friday afternoon, recovering to between 55 and 75% by Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
