Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Central Laramie County and East Laramie County. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST early this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A heavy band of snow has stalled across Laramie County with snow rates around an inch to inch and a half per hour.
