The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect until 11 AM MST this morning. a Fire
Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch is in
effect from Friday morning through Friday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 430, 431 and 437.


* WIND...For the Red Flag Warning - Gusts 40 to 60 mph. For the
Fire Weather Watch - Gusts 50 to 70 mph.

* HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning - RH values of 20 to 25%.
For the Fire Weather Watch - RH values of 15 to 20%.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended. Although conditions will be
borderline, a lack of significant precipitation combined with
the high winds in the region will create a critical fire weather
environment.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
