...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING... * IMPACTS: Low Humidities...Hot Temperatures...and Strong Gusty Winds could cause erratic fire behavior. * AFFECTED AREA: In Central WY...Fire Weather Zone 283. * COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Central WY...Fremont. * WIND: West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Strongest winds will occur around Dubois, with lighter winds around 10 to 15 mph with gusts to around 20 to 25 mph across central and eastern portions of the Wind River Basin. * HUMIDITY: As low as 12 percent. * TEMPERATURES: Highs in the lower 90s.
