Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1059 AM EDT, emergency management reported widespread roadway flooding and elevated tributaries in the warned area due to thunderstorms.
