In western West Virginia, Cabell and Wayne. * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1238 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding following heavy rain from thunderstorms in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring across portions of Lincoln County. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
