* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 to 6
inches, with up to 9 inches possible at the highest peaks.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and northern
West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
