...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Morgan, Perry and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Doddridge, Harrison, Pleasants and Tyler. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms over areas of saturated ground will lead to the possibility of flash flooding.
