At 14.0 feet, Water begins to enter some homes along the low sections near the river. Liberty Avenue floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 14.2 feet just after midnight tonight. Northern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Southwestern Taylor County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1107 AM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain has previously fallen due to thunderstorms. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
