Southeastern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... Southern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Northern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1038 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooded roadways and multiple water rescues in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is ongoing. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, with additional rounds of light rainfall possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
