At 1251 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Big Otter to near Julian, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Charleston, Nitro, Clay, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Sissonville, Chesapeake, Marmet, Belle, Clendenin, Cedar Grove, Poca, East Bank, Gassaway, Pinch, Cross Lanes, and Arnoldsburg.
