For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 12 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio and central, northeast, northern, southeast, and western West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon EST today. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
