Special Weather Statement
Issued: 12:07 AM Dec. 10, 2025 ā National Weather Service
...BLACK ICE ISSUES AGAIN TONIGHT... Temperatures falling below freezing tonight into Wednesday morning will promote a refreeze of any melted snow. This melted snow across untreated roadways and bridges will refreeze into black ice. Sidewalks and parking lots will also become slick. Slow down and use caution when driving. If you are walking outside, watch your steps on sidewalks, driveways and parking lots. These surfaces could be icy and slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
